Intercept Model for Early Diversion(IMED)

    Intercept Model for Early Diversion(IMED) is a team-delivered and recovery oriented service building upon existing community resources and natural supports. This service will foster an increased collaboration with law enforcement and the judicial system to divert those clients that may be exhibiting behavioral health symptoms from incarcerations or psychiatric hospitalizations.


The team consists of the following staff:

  • Program Supervisor
  • Masters Level Clinician
  • Behavioral Health Worker
  • Certified Recovery Specialist

  • Critical Time Interventions
  • Pennsylvania Client Placement Criteria
  • Global Appraisal of Individual Needs-Short Screener
